App versus browser: which should you choose?
Our robuk app offers offline table caching (you can browse game names and studio info without a live connection), push notifications for Liga 1 kickoff times and Idul Fitri tournament announcements, and slightly faster load times on repeat sessions thanks to cached assets. The app also handles camera permissions more elegantly for multi-angle live-dealer streams. For users in Surabaya, Medan, or areas with intermittent connectivity, the app's low-data mode reduces video bitrate without dropping the live feed. Browser access requires a constant connection but needs no installation and works immediately across any device. Choose the app if you play regularly; choose the browser if you prefer minimal setup or use a shared device.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7 (API level 24) and above, covering most devices released. For iOS, our web-app shortcut works on iOS 12 and above (iPhone 5S and later). Desktop users benefit from full-screen mode on Windows, macOS, and Linux via any modern browser. If you use an older device and encounter app-download errors, browser access remains available at robuk.net.
Common setup issues and solutions
If Android prompts "Unknown sources" during APK installation, go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Advanced > Special app access > Install unknown apps, then grant permission to your browser or file manager. If iOS shows a blank page after adding robuk to home screen, clear Safari's cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data), then re-add the shortcut. For users in Medan, Bandung, or areas with network throttling during peak hours, enable our low-data option in the app settings menu. If you forget your robuk password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page—we send a reset link to your registered email within standard response windows.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install our robuk app, we request permission to access your device's camera (for multi-angle live-dealer viewing), microphone (optional, for live-chat in table studios), storage (to cache game assets and session data), and location (only if you choose to enable geolocation for payment verification). We do not sell or share these permissions with third parties. All robuk account data—your email, phone number, payment methods, transaction history—is encrypted in transit and at rest. When you log in from a new device, we send a verification email to your registered address; confirm it to complete the login. We undertake standard security practices: password hashing, session timeouts, and periodic security audits.
